Site Manager – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the onsite delivery of complex commercial projects across South East Queensland. You will be responsible for safety, program, quality and subcontractor management, working autonomously within a collaborative project team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site operations from commencement through to completion on projects valued $20M‑$100M+.
• Maintain and enforce safety, quality and compliance standards at all times.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to achieve program milestones.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and progress to ensure efficient delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to site staff and emerging supervisors.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on large‑scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage programs, subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to building a safe, high‑performance site culture.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of construction sequencing.
• Understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements.
