Site Manager – Cancer Care Centre

About the role

The Site Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team at the Icon Cancer Centre in Revesby, ensuring high‑quality patient care and operational efficiency. Reporting to the State Manager, this full‑time permanent role works 76 hours per fortnight (Monday‑Friday) and involves strategic business development and culture building.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and manage the multidisciplinary team to meet performance, financial, operational and quality KPIs.
• Develop and implement resource and workflow strategies to optimise quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Build and nurture a high‑performance, patient‑centred culture and maintain strong doctor relationships.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to execute the site’s operational plan and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare organisation with a collaborative, consultative style.
• Strong understanding of public and private healthcare service delivery models.
• Ability to drive financial, analytical and business planning in a KPI‑driven environment.
• Commitment to team development and outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Financial analysis and business planning capabilities.
• Experience with oncology service delivery (desirable).
• Knowledge of local healthcare environment and clinic start‑up processes.
• Current AHPRA registration where applicable.
