Site Engineer – Civil for Renewable Energy Transmission

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer – Civil to support the Central‑West Orana Renewable Energy Zone transmission project. You will work on high‑capacity 500kV and 330kV lines, energy hubs and substations, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record non‑conformances, initiate corrective actions and close defects.
• Prepare Inspection Test Reports, checklists and support material/resource planning.
• Assist the Project Engineer with construction planning documents and daily progress monitoring.
• Coordinate subcontractor resources, track daily allocations and prepare cost plans for cost‑planning meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years post‑graduate experience in construction/engineering, preferably on large‑scale, Tier 1 projects.
• Experience with outdoor air‑insulated substations at 220kV or above.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
