Shuttle Bus Driver

About the role

Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a friendly, professional and customer-focused Shuttle Bus Driver to join its team on a casual basis. The role combines guest transport with concierge-style service, providing regular pick-ups and drop-offs across the property while supporting the Front Office team with guest enquiries, luggage assistance and local recommendations between shuttle runs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the resort shuttle safely and efficiently, collecting and dropping off guests on schedule
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with luggage handling, transport and storage
• Provide information about the resort, local attractions and the Hunter Valley region
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and keep the shuttle clean and well presented
• Communicate guest movements, special requests and VIP arrivals with relevant departments
• Support Front Office and Concierge operations and help resolve guest enquiries professionally
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and customer service

Required profile

• Current and unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Previous experience in hospitality, transport, concierge or customer service highly regarded
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Only applicants with working rights in Australia or New Zealand are accepted
