About the role
Join Harris Farm Markets as a Shop Assistant in Drummoyne, helping customers find what they need while keeping the store fresh and inviting. No prior experience is required – we’ll train you.
Key responsibilities
- Fill and rotate stock to maintain full, fresh, and appealing displays.
- Keep the back‑of‑house organised, clean, and well‑managed.
- Monitor stock quality, dates, and rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain excellent shelf management for accurate customer convenience.
- Provide helpful, on‑the‑floor customer service.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Loves food and enjoys working in a fresh‑food retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Physically capable of manual handling and being on your feet.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability across a 7‑day roster, AM & PM shifts.
