Food & Beverage Attendant – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join The Westin as an In‑Room Dining Attendant and deliver high‑quality room service while supporting guests’ wellbeing. You will work in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment and have opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver room service meals and beverages in line with operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked back‑of‑house area and assist with minibar replenishment.
• Engage guests throughout the food and beverage experience, promoting wellbeing.
• Support the food and beverage team with general operational tasks.

Required profile

• Current RSA certification.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
