Settlements Representative

About the role

Join Toyota Finance Australia’s Settlements team in Scoresby, VIC, helping customers and dealers finalize finance contracts. You’ll work in a hybrid environment with a rotating roster, providing accurate loan documentation review and settlement support.

Key responsibilities

• Review retail loan documents and complete settlement and post‑settlement activities.
• Confirm customer details such as identity, income, expenses and affordability.
• Apply Toyota Finance policies and meet legal, privacy, financial crime and security registration requirements.
• Communicate proactively with dealerships to resolve outstanding items and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially when dealing with dealerships by phone.
• Experience in a regulated processing environment with consistent adherence to policies.
• Availability to work a flexible rotating roster across the team’s operating hours.
