ServiceNow Architect

About the role

Tesslogs is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements across its Australian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
• Lead implementation and configuration of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Oversee platform customisation using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, performance optimisation and platform governance.
• Review technical designs, code quality and collaborate with stakeholders to drive ITSM transformation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and ITSM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow data models, CMDB and platform security.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
