Service Technician – Water Systems (Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Sydney, supporting customers across North Sydney and surrounding areas. This role focuses on installing and servicing high‑quality water systems in clean, low‑impact environments such as homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage your daily schedule autonomously.
• Install, commission, and service water filtration and distribution systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on site.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate status to customers.

Required profile

• Plumbing trade certificate (highly regarded).
• Hands‑on experience with installations or servicing of water systems.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and independent work style.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Valid driver’s licence.
