Service Technician – HVAC & Chiller Systems

About the role

Join Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, as a Service Technician. You will work for a global OEM, receiving in‑house product training on chillers and Building Management Systems while performing routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air‑conditioning systems and commercial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs and maintenance on air‑conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment.
• Take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution, ensuring high standards of quality and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to sales growth, market share expansion and overall profitability of the company.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive, professional, punctual and well‑presented with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC components.
• Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Air‑conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence.
