Maintainer Operator

About the role

The Fixed Plant Operator will safely run a continuous production plant that converts Quicklime into Milk of Lime, ensuring product quality and meeting customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the plant in line with Adbri standards, site procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Convert Quicklime through the hydration process into finished Milk of Lime product.
• Load bulk tankers with Hydrated Lime and Milk of Lime products.
• Conduct product sampling and basic quality testing.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot equipment or process issues and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support customer orders, monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Valid WA Driver’s Licence.
• Experience operating fixed plant, batching plant or production equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with basic troubleshooting.
• First Aid Certificate (including LV Rescue and CPR).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
