Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Lead

About the role

The Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Lead will work on‑site at a key customer’s location, governing and coordinating a multi‑vendor service environment. You will build strong relationships with the customer, suppliers and Datacom teams to improve user and business experience.

Key responsibilities

• Govern and orchestrate the multi‑vendor ecosystem as an impartial integrator, upholding partnership frameworks and shared accountability.
• Chair governance forums, provide aggregated service performance views, and coordinate cross‑provider incidents, problems, changes and requests.
• Lead the SIAM team, manage service risks, dependencies and compliance activities, and support operational readiness for new or changed supplier services.
• Drive continuous improvement, transparent reporting and governance maturity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Service Management with proven SIAM or multi‑vendor integration experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of people and teams, strong business acumen and ability to manage complex issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with SIAM processes, vendor management and governance forums.
