About the role

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting an experienced Service Desk Analyst for its Corporate Information Technology team, which provides national IT support. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Brisbane head office.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service and troubleshoot IT assets such as mobile phones, computers and tablets.
  • Use the Service Desk software to handle requests by email, telephone and face to face.

Required profile

  • A relevant Information Technology qualification.
  • At least five years of related experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Call Manager UCM, ServiceNow and Microsoft Intune.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and confident, articulate and professional speaking ability.
