Service Delivery and Rostering Officer (Fixed Term)

About the role

HenderCare is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join its Service Delivery and Rostering team in Adelaide. This is a fixed-term part-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent, working a mix of weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster. The role combines customer service, service coordination and rostering, helping connect clients with the right support workers so services are delivered reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client support services in line with care plans.
• Fill roster vacancies and respond to scheduling changes.
• Match clients with suitable support workers based on their needs, skills and availability.
• Maintain accurate client, service and roster information.
• Assist with client intake, appointments and documentation.
• Respond to client and support worker enquiries in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused position, able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines with autonomy.
• Proactive, customer-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Right to work in Australia; successful candidates must undergo pre-employment checks.
• Prior rostering and scheduling experience, or experience in community care, disability, aged care or healthcare, is highly regarded.
