Service Coordinator

About the role

A leading international company in the compressor industry, which supplies products and solutions used in soda water production, food storage and pharmaceutical storage, is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator based in Perth, Western Australia. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance, installations and emergency repairs.
• Optimise scheduling to make efficient use of service technician time and resources.
• Facilitate site entry and mobilisation requirements.
• Monitor service technician availability and adjust schedules for urgent requests and changes.
• Generate invoices after service, in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain and update relevant databases.
• Perform other duties directed by the supervisor or management that fall within your competency or training.
