Service Agreement and Repairs Business Development Manager

About the role

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is hiring a Service Agreement and Repairs Business Development Manager. The role focuses on growing the Service Agreement portfolio by identifying, developing and securing new maintenance and service contracts across the HVAC market, working with new and existing customers to build long-term service partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new HVAC service agreement opportunities and grow recurring service revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, delivering tailored service solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by expanding the service agreement portfolio across assigned territories.
• Partner with branch operations and service teams to qualify and convert new business while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Hold customer meetings, give presentations and run commercial negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor insights to spot new opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, sales forecasts and business development reports before operational handover.
• Promote Carrier's aftermarket service offerings and support regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in aftermarket sales with a track record of success.
• Ability to sell directly to end-user customers and to cross-sell and upsell.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for proactive selling of service solutions.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, sound business judgment and self-motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft-based computer software in a technical environment.
• Excellent time management, organisation and multitasking skills.
