SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Specialist to join Jaywing’s digital team. You will work across technical optimisation, content creation and off‑page activities, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients while developing your strategic expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Perform technical, content and off‑page SEO audits and implement improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap and competitor analyses.
• Build quarterly road‑maps, prioritise tasks and monitor rankings, traffic and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights to clients.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers and wider digital teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends and emerging AI‑driven search technologies.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and manage multiple deadlines.
