Senior Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Systems Administrators to join a large, fast‑moving government environment in Brisbane on a hybrid basis. You will support a modern workplace stack and ensure critical services remain reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support end‑user devices across desktops, laptops, mobiles and tablets, including packaging and operational uplift.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services, including Teams Voice and Teams Meeting Rooms.
• Configure and maintain MDM/MAM solutions for Windows, iOS/iPadOS and Android (e.g., Intune/Endpoint Manager).
• Support an ITIL‑aligned environment, working within ServiceNow.
• Strengthen endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft 365 Defender.

Required profile

• Proven engineering/operations experience with modern endpoint management in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and stakeholder‑friendly communication.
• Ability to deliver reliable outcomes in an ITIL‑based support environment.
