Senior Supervisor – Civil & Structural Works

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the delivery of complex civil and structural works on the Lumsden Point infrastructure project in Western Australia. The role reports to the Superintendent/Construction Manager and focuses on major concrete structures, heavy construction, and safety excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of concrete, structural and civil works across multiple fronts.
• Drive and enforce a strong safety culture, especially for high‑risk activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour, ensuring program alignment.
• Monitor productivity, report progress and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with ACCIONA procedures and statutory requirements.
• Support planning, sequencing and resource allocation with engineers and site teams.
• Resolve complex site issues and optimise construction methodologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience supervising civil construction, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure.
• Deep technical expertise in concrete structures and heavy lifting operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and contractor interfaces.
• Experience working in marine or coastal environments is highly desirable.

• Heavy lifting operations with crawler cranes up to 350 tonnes
