Senior Sourcing Manager – New Product Introduction (18‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Manager will work closely with Product Development, cross‑functional teams and the Global Supplier Alliance to define and execute sourcing strategies for new and existing medical devices. This fixed‑term position focuses on supplier identification, partnership management and ensuring supply‑chain solutions meet product volume and scalability requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Global Supplier Alliance within project cross‑functional teams and develop sourcing designs that align with timelines, budgets and cost‑of‑goods‑sold targets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and GSA to integrate key technologies, drive innovation, and ensure supplier capability.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiate commercial contracts, and align components, software and outsourced systems with ResMed’s quality management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing operations using data analytics to identify efficiency opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong business acumen and cost‑management expertise.
• Proven project‑management skills, ability to analyse data and build strategic partner relationships.
• In‑depth knowledge of global procurement practices, legal regulations and ResMed’s Quality Management System.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment, preferably in the medical‑device industry.
