Senior Software Engineer

About the role

HUB24 is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build and operate secure, scalable software for high‑quality financial services. This hands‑on role spans full‑stack development, cloud engineering, DevOps and operational excellence, with opportunities to use AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications, services, APIs and databases using modern .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and AWS technologies.
• Operate AWS cloud solutions focusing on reliability, scalability, observability, security and cost efficiency.
• Automate software delivery with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production environments, including incident response, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Drive engineering quality through automated testing, peer reviews, documentation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with senior‑level responsibility.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is desirable.

Required skills

• C#.NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API), SQL and relational databases.
• JavaScript/TypeScript with Vue.js or React.
• AWS cloud services and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code).
• Secure coding, design patterns and Agile delivery practices.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools; exposure to LLMs, RAG, Python, Amazon Bedrock/SageMaker, Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
