Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

You will lead organic social strategy for a growing portfolio of clients, taking each project from brief through execution to performance reporting. This senior individual‑contributor position offers full creative ownership without micromanagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end organic social strategy for multiple clients, aligning with broader marketing goals.
• Develop platform‑native content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Lead content production, including ideation, filming, editing and publishing.
• Appear on‑camera when required and direct shoots as needed.
• Write sharp, brand‑aligned captions and copy for all formats.
• Collaborate with in‑house designers, SEO specialists and production teams on integrated campaigns.
• Manage client relationships, present strategies and performance insights confidently.
• Leverage AI tools and the AIIMS Creator Hub studio to accelerate content creation.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in social media, content creation or a comparable agency role.
• Proven track record of building and executing organic social strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Strong video production and editing capabilities.
• Comfortable on camera and confident directing content shoots.
• Ability to manage a large client portfolio while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker who can connect social efforts to SEO, paid media and broader campaign objectives.

Required skills

• Deep platform knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro.
• Design and mock‑up tools: Canva, Figma.
• Scheduling and publishing platforms: Sked, Later.
