Senior Signature Host

About the role

The Senior Signature Host will lead guest‑facing services at The Vantage Semaphore, a luxury boutique estate in Adelaide. This full‑time hybrid position blends on‑site hospitality duties with remote administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, and ensure a seamless, personalized stay.
• Coordinate boutique accommodation services and oversee food & beverage offerings in partnership with local providers.
• Support curated tourism experiences, including local tours, special events, and upselling packages.
• Mentor and train hosting staff on service standards and sales initiatives.
• Handle reservations, guest enquiries, profile updates, and post‑stay feedback remotely.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with a passion for storytelling about local heritage.
• Proven experience delivering premium, personalized guest experiences in boutique or luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor frontline service teams.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Required skills

• High‑level customer service and sales skills, including upselling accommodation and experiences.
• Experience in food & beverage service or coordination within a luxury setting.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple guest requests.
• Comfort using digital tools for reservations, guest communication, and remote administration.
