Operations Manager – Multi‑site Restaurant Network

About the role

This Adelaide‑based leadership role is for an experienced multi‑site hospitality operator ready to take ownership of a high‑performing restaurant network and shape its next chapter of growth in South Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and performance of the South Australian restaurant network.
• Coach and develop teams, building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Drive high standards across operations, guest experience and commercial performance.
• Partner with the franchisor’s national head office and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into operational results.

Required profile

• Multi‑site leadership experience in a food‑led restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Track record of lifting performance and building engaged teams.
• Franchise experience or close partnership with a brand/head office.
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Passion for great food, guest experience and brand ambassadorship.
• Based in Adelaide (or willing to return) with travel to regional restaurants and occasional interstate travel.
