Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, bar, in‑room dining and conferencing outlets at Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes. You will inspire the team, drive commercial results and ensure guests receive consistently exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the F&B team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Plan and execute promotions and activations that enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and monthly stocktakes within budget.
• Oversee staffing, rostering, training, performance and workflow efficiency.
• Control food, beverage and labour costs to maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with IHG standards, food safety, health & safety and South Australian liquor licensing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, Responsible Person Badge and First Aid Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of Hospitality Industry Award 2020, budget management and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and leadership skills.
