We are an award‑winning Australian digital marketing agency seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join our remote team. You will own the SEO strategy for a diverse client portfolio, driving organic traffic that converts into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑cycle SEO strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Conduct advanced, revenue‑focused keyword research and create high‑quality, conversion‑oriented content.
• Optimize on‑page elements, internal linking structures, and content architecture for search intent and sales outcomes.
• Perform technical SEO audits, improve crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and implement schema markup.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimisation and citation building.
• Leverage AI‑driven insights to refine optimisation tactics and stay ahead of search trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of delivering organic growth that translates into leads or e‑commerce sales.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on ROI rather than rankings alone.
• Ability to identify revenue‑driving keyword opportunities and measure their commercial impact.
