Senior Security Engineer – DevSecOps

About the role

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer you will operate at the junction of software development and security, embedding automation into our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work within the Cyber Security team, influencing the engineering roadmap and enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise security practice through Infrastructure‑as‑Code and AWS services orchestration.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including vulnerability and dependency management.
• Build observability and monitoring capabilities for agentic systems using OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
• Contribute to incident response and remediation of runtime vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software/platform engineering and security engineering.
• Hands‑on experience designing end‑to‑end secure patterns in AWS.
• Ability to influence and mentor engineering teams on secure practices.
