Senior Scrum Master (Salesforce)

About the role

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of Salesforce‑based solutions and strategic technology initiatives. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful outcomes that support the organisation’s mission of delivering high‑quality aged care.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate dependencies across business, technology and vendor teams, and remove impediments that affect team performance.
• Support delivery of Salesforce solutions, including integrations, data migration and testing.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and provide clear reporting to governance forums.
• Champion continuous improvement, Agile best practices and a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar Agile delivery roles.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements or transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to build relationships across business and technology teams in complex environments.
• Experience managing technology deliveries involving integrations, data migration and business change.
