Senior Sales Executive – Programmatic DOOH

About the role

Broadsign is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to accelerate market penetration and drive commercial success across Australia. You will champion Broadsign’s programmatic DOOH platform, educate buyers on innovative solutions, and secure strategic agreements that deliver predictable, scalable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and convert new revenue opportunities across media agencies, brands, and DSP partners to expand Broadsign's footprint in Australia.
• Work closely with buyers and campaign strategists to recommend tailored programmatic DOOH solutions and structure cross‑network agency agreements.
• Partner with global product, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery while representing Broadsign at industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in adtech, programmatic media, or out‑of‑home advertising in Australia.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic buying workflows, DSP/SSP mechanics, and digital out‑of‑home platforms.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles from prospect to execution.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
• Strong team player with high autonomy, adaptability, and organizational agility.
