Senior Relationship Manager – Health Sector (Sydney)

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of health‑sector customers in Sydney. You will drive growth through new acquisition, increase share of wallet and generate referrals while deepening your expertise in commercial banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of health industry clients with a customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with product partners and credit teams to structure financing deals.
• Work with operations to improve efficiencies and minimise non‑lending losses.
• Conduct credit and industry portfolio analysis to support proposal recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Group audit, QA and regulatory standards.
• Partner with lending services to manage provisions and risk.

Required profile

• Strong background in commercial banking, preferably within the mid‑market or specialist segment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse credit risk and industry trends.
• Experience working with health sector clients is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets and managing relationships.
