Senior Recruitment Consultant – Relocate to Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing ERP recruitment business in Brisbane, Australia. This is a permanent, full‑time position offering a competitive AUD base salary, uncapped commission and relocation support for the right candidate willing to move permanently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for ERP, AI and Data talent across Australia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organisations and hiring managers.
• Achieve and exceed individual billing targets, contributing to the team’s $2M+ annual revenue.
• Mentor junior recruiters and help build the company’s talent database.
• Prepare to transition into a Billing Manager role after approximately 12 months.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven billing record.
• Experience in the contract ERP market is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and commercial drive.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Brisbane.
