About the role
Robert Half is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Human Resources recruitment team in Sydney. You will work with a variety of global brand and SME clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while also developing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through phone outreach, face‑to‑face meetings and networking within the Sydney business community.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: candidate acquisition, pre‑qualification, skills evaluation, interviewing and referencing.
- Represent candidates and clients in the marketplace, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
Required profile
- Exceptionally ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of achievement.
- Ethical, self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about building relationships and delivering excellence in a high‑performance sales culture.
