Senior Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Technical

About the role

Appoint, a boutique recruitment agency based in Fortitude Valley, is looking for an experienced Engineering & Technical Recruiter to join its team. The role is a 360 recruitment position: you will work with existing clients, grow your own desk across engineering and technical disciplines, and be rewarded for your success.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships and grow your client and candidate network.
• Understand people and businesses to make the right match beyond the CV.
• Manage the recruitment process from brief through to placement, solving problems along the way.
• Sourcing, engaging and recruiting using quality tools and resources.
• Own your desk, build your market and client base, and share ideas and celebrate wins as part of a supportive team.

Required profile

• Already understands recruitment and knows how to build relationships, manage expectations and grow a desk.
• Brings recruitment experience and wants real ownership of their desk.
• Enjoys autonomy, flexibility and working with a trusted team.
• Commercially minded, relationship-focused and interested in business development.
