Senior Recruitment Consultant - Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead delivery of permanent and contract hiring solutions for our Brisbane clients in the cyber security, IT risk and emerging technology sectors. The role combines candidate engagement, pipeline development and client partnership, with the opportunity to grow into broader account management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of recruitment engagements for both permanent and contract roles.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines across cyber security, IT risk, project services and AI‑related technology markets.
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand talent needs and market challenges.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Support and expand existing client relationships while building networks within the wider technology community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within ICT contract and temporary hiring.
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with solid sales acumen.
• Highly organised with excellent administration and process‑management capabilities.
• Motivated, collaborative and eager to contribute to a growing business.
