Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end hiring across professional, technical and operational roles while providing broader HR support. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview candidates and coordinate interview logistics.
• Conduct reference checks, pre‑employment screening and prepare employment offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle activities (promotions, transfers, off‑boarding).
• Maintain HR records, employee data and support HRIS/ATS reporting.
• Assist with HR systems, process improvements and provide guidance on policies.
• Support training administration and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and confidentiality handling.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (preferred).
• Exposure to broader HR generalist functions is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
