Senior Purchasing Analyst - Beauty

About the role

The Senior Purchasing Analyst joins DBG Health’s Beauty Supply Chain team, managing end‑to‑end purchase order processes for a portfolio of leading beauty brands. You will work with local and international manufacturers to ensure supply continuity across cosmetics, beauty, health and wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle in the ERP system, from creation to goods receipt, for local and global suppliers.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to secure timely delivery of finished goods, components and packaging, resolving payment, production, material and logistics issues.
• Monitor PO status, inventory levels and supplier performance, escalating risks or delays to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for purchasing processes, reporting, SOPs and system functionality.
• Maintain accurate supplier and master data, including pricing, lead times and minimum order quantities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory and Commercial teams to support new product launches and business growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG, beauty or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, inventory management and supplier relationship management.
• Experience managing international suppliers and high‑volume consumer brands.
• Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce or related fields are valued.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (or Cantonese/Korean) is highly regarded.

Required skills

• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
