Senior Project Manager – Schools, Aged Care & Government

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑performing team delivering projects up to $40M across schools, aged‑care facilities and government‑funded social infrastructure. The role sits on the senior leadership team, influencing strategic direction as the business scales toward Tier 2 status.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of multi‑million‑dollar projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic input to the senior leadership team on growth and scaling initiatives.
• Develop and mentor project team members, fostering an empowerment‑based culture.
• Maintain strong client relationships, particularly within education, government and social infrastructure sectors.
• Ensure projects meet financial, quality, safety and timeline targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects up to $60M, preferably with Tier 2 background.
• Established relationships with clients in education, government or social infrastructure.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and ability to influence senior decision‑making.
• Commitment to long‑term growth with the company.
