Senior Project Manager / Project Director – $350M Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the delivery of a landmark $350M+ mixed‑use residential development in Sydney’s North West. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own the project from early construction through to completion, ensuring programme, commercial and performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high‑value mixed‑use residential project.
• Oversee programme schedules, commercial performance and overall project delivery.
• Manage and mentor a high‑performing project team, including Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
• Drive procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects valued at $200M+.
• Previous role as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
• Strong background within a Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer‑builder environment.
• Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver large‑scale residential or mixed‑use developments.
