About the role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead the delivery of a $30M+ commercial construction project, ensuring timely completion within the client’s budget.
Key responsibilities
- WHS management
- Programming
- Budgeting and cost control
- Forecasting
- Client management
Required profile
- Experience as a Project Manager on small‑medium fit‑out or new‑build projects
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building‑related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
