General Labourers & Warehouse Staff - Christmas Peak

About the role

Randstad is recruiting 10 energetic and reliable labourers for immediate start, supporting clients across construction, warehousing, logistics and general site operations during the busy Christmas and New Year period. Positions cover construction labouring, warehousing and logistics, and general labouring, with the chance to move from casual work to permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Construction labouring: site cleanup, assisting trades, operating hand and power tools and manual handling.
• Warehousing and logistics: picking and packing, stock movement, container loading and unloading, inventory checks.
• General labouring: event set-ups, freight handling, landscaping and general maintenance work.

Required profile

• Prior experience in construction, warehousing or general physical labour; at least 1 year of blue-collar work.
• High level of physical fitness and ability to handle loads manually.
• Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability and communication skills.
• Full availability through the November, December and January peak season.
• Reliable transport to various site locations.

Required skills

• White Card and asbestos awareness ticket (highly regarded for construction sites).
• Forklift licence (LF) or heavy vehicle driver licence (MR/HR) is a strong advantage.
