Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of our cloud‑based health‑technology platform. You will work with hospitals and healthcare providers across Australia, guiding projects from discovery through go‑live and ensuring ongoing customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex software implementation projects from planning and discovery to deployment and completion.
• Manage multiple enterprise‑software projects across healthcare organisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clinicians and operational teams.
• Develop and control project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including implementation consultants, technical specialists and customer‑success staff.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure implementations meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong background in HealthTech, Healthcare IT, Digital Health or SaaS environments.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and timeline management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or fully remote setting.

Required skills

• PRINCE2 certification or methodology.
• PMP certification or methodology.
• Agile project‑management experience.
