Senior Project Manager – Industrial, Warehousing & Data Centres

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale industrial, warehousing and data centre projects across Melbourne. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from design coordination and procurement to construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial, warehousing and data centre projects.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, risks and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction and practical completion.
• Act as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims and cost reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and proactively mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, authority requirements and client standards.
• Promote a safety‑first culture on site.

Required profile

• 7–15+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering industrial, warehouse, logistics or data centre projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
