Senior Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced client‑side Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale industrial, logistics and warehousing developments across New South Wales. You will own projects from feasibility through to handover, ensuring they meet programme, cost, quality and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects valued between $50M and $500M+
• Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors and delivery partners
• Oversee procurement strategies, programme management, commercial outcomes and project governance
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with major industry stakeholders
• Mentor junior project managers within a collaborative team environment

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in a client‑side consultancy, developer or professional services environment
• Proven track record delivering industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or large‑format commercial projects
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in procurement and contract administration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
• Professional memberships or chartership are highly regarded
