Senior Project Manager – Health & Aged Care (Client Side)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead two high‑profile health and aged‑care projects valued at $10 million and $35 million. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own end‑to‑end delivery, from planning and design through construction and handover, while working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contract administration processes.
• Drive project governance, reporting and approvals.
• Supervise design development and construction delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property or a related field.
• 8+ years of client‑side project management experience.
• Proven delivery of projects valued at $20 million+ in the Australian market.
• Exposure to health, aged‑care, education, government or community infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Collaborative, relationship‑focused approach.
