Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑out

About the role

Join a high‑calibre team delivering landmark commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across Brisbane. You will own the full project lifecycle, from budgeting to handover, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and manage project budgets, maintaining strict fiscal control throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead procurement, define scopes of work and compile comprehensive tender packages.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing RFIs and communications with clients, architects, superintendents and consultants.
• Oversee construction programmes, master scheduling and two‑week look‑ahead plans to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–5 years as a Senior Project Manager in a head‑contractor environment, delivering commercial office fit‑outs up to $20M.
• Locally based in Brisbane with a proactive, leadership‑focused attitude.
• Relevant trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore and Jobpac (or equivalent project management platforms).
• Advanced capability in construction programme management, master scheduling and trade sequencing.
