Site Supervisor – Commercial Joinery Projects

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate and supervise site‑based installation activities, manage labour and subcontractors, and act as the primary on‑site representative for Mayneline. You will work closely with Project Managers, Drafters, factory teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site installation activities across allocated commercial joinery projects.
• Coordinate employees, labour hire, installers and subcontractors, monitoring progress against the program.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, SWMS and WHS obligations.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, access and installation sequencing.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate defect rectification.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with builders, clients and consultants.
• Identify and escalate programme, quality, safety and commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate site reporting, records, inspections and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience supervising commercial joinery, fit‑out or construction projects.
• Trade background in cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry or shop‑fitting.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
