Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

You will lead a major commercial construction project in Melbourne's North-West, overseeing the first $150M stage of a multi‑stage development. The role offers genuine ownership of the project while being backed by a national builder with strong resources and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large‑scale commercial development from early lifecycle stages.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
• Own programme schedules, commercial performance and overall delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate multi‑stage delivery strategy and prepare for future phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale commercial construction projects for a commercial builder.
• Background in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity.
• Strong ability to manage teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Demonstrated ownership of programme, commercial and delivery results on complex builds.
