Senior Project Manager – $100M+ Civil Infrastructure

About the role

This senior position leads the delivery of a $100M+ civil infrastructure package within a major renewable energy development in Australia. Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage the project from planning through to handover while operating on a 2/1 FIFO roster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the civil infrastructure package, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.
• Develop and execute project strategies, manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, claims and variations.
• Provide direction to construction managers, engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Drive risk management, planning, scheduling and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior project manager with experience delivering large‑scale civil or renewable energy projects valued at $100M+.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced, remote or FIFO environments.
• Excellent commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, procurement and contract administration.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Australian construction contracts such as AS4000 or AS2124.
