Senior Product Manager, Agentic Products

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own two strategically important product domains: internal AI agents that help brokers deliver better outcomes, and shared communications capabilities that enable more connected customer experiences. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end product strategy, delivery, adoption and optimisation across these domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for internal agentic products (Broker GPT, Pricing Agent, Valuation Agent, Deal Ready Agent) and customer communications channels.
• Lead a cross‑functional squad, coach a Product Manager and partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Legal, Compliance and commercial teams.
• Define MVPs, pilots, rollout plans and success measures, ensuring scalability, accuracy, trust and compliance.
• Shape the communications strategy across chat, SMS, voice, outbound dialler, WhatsApp and emerging messaging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven success as a Senior Product Manager delivering complex digital products in a regulated environment.
• Experience building AI‑enabled or agentic products with responsible AI practices.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent technical fluency and data literacy to work with engineering teams.

Required skills

• Product management lifecycle (strategy, discovery, MVP definition, experimentation, delivery, optimisation).
• AI and conversational AI concepts, including guardrails and responsible AI.
• Understanding of risk, privacy, consent, governance and compliance‑by‑design.
• Experience with customer communications platforms, omnichannel orchestration and messaging technologies.
