Senior Performance Marketer - Meta, Google & TikTok

About the role

Fit Litter, a fast-growing D2C pet brand, is looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer to own paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Meta is the main focus, with Google and TikTok running alongside it in each market. The role reports to the Head of Performance and works closely with the creative strategists, production team and wider growth and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Meta ad accounts across AU, UK and NZ, with structures built for how Meta delivers after the Andromeda update
• Make budget and scaling decisions to hit acquisition and efficiency targets while protecting account stability
• Design concept testing structures and feed data-backed insights to the creative team, keeping a record of test results
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping and Performance Max) and grow TikTok across the three regions
• Report performance honestly, linking platform results to blended MER and CACH
• Help design and assess bundle, pricing and discounting tests, and contribute to CRO and landing page work

Required profile

• Commercially minded media buyer who cares about profit, not just platform ROAS
• Ideally 4+ years of hands-on media buying, ideally in DTC or eCommerce
• Track record of managing and scaling Meta accounts with verifiable results
• Experience buying on Meta since the Andromeda update, including creative diversity, broad targeting and consolidated structures
• Solid grasp of concept testing and the ability to balance efficiency against account stability
• Ability to turn CPA, ROAS, MER, CAC, CPM, CTR and frequency into clear decisions
• Experience running accounts across multiple regions or stores
